S. Gardner Eastland is a native Houstonian with over twenty years of family law experience. Gardner graduated from Episcopal High School in Bellaire, Texas with honors in May, 1996. From there, Gardner received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with Honors from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas in May, 2000. Finally, Gardner received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in May, 2003, where he served as a Chief Justice in the Law School’s advocacy program.
Gardner has represented hundreds of parents and children in family law matters in the Houston area and throughout the state of Texas. While Gardner always tries his best to come to an amicable resolution in his cases, some cases simply need to be tried. Gardner has tried over fifty cases to the bench and over a dozen to juries.
Gardner is licensed to practice law in Texas, Tennessee and in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Gardner is a divorced father of twin boys. As such, he knows first hand what’s at stake when the family is in crisis. Simply put, he gets it!
